Hannah was born a Birthright Quaker a D/O John Stalker and Keziah Wheeler in Randolph county NC and members of the Marlboro Friends Church Hannah was married May 26, 1830 to Benjamin Spencer who was born June 6, 1802 a S/O Issac and Elizabeth Hasket Spencer. In 1831 the couple settled near Springfield Friends in Guilford Co. NC They had several Children.one daughter Caroline Spencer born Jan. 15, 1837 married Joseph Kennedy. After the Civil War Hannah Spencer along with her husband come to Hendricks county Indiana with their daughter Caroline Kennedy and her family to the Plainfield MM. The family remained in the Hendricks and Morgan county area.
