Plaintiff trial practice since 1971, Past President Birmingham Bar Association, Past President Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, served on many committees of Birmingham Bar, argued successfully before U. S. Supreme Court - Erwin v. Westfall. Father of four children. Enjoyed participating in children's sports, loved to fish, hunt, and read the Birmingham News, also, an avid radio listener and story teller. Arrangements are with Cahaba Heights United Methodist Church. Visitation at 9:30 a.m. and Service at 11:00 a.m. on 10/27/17.
