Andy was born in Modesto, California to Alfred Carter Daw, Sr., and Carla Mary Koster. He was the brother to Jeannette, Alfred, Diane, Barbara, and Rita.
He had two daughters with his first wife, Martha, Belinda and Veronica, and three children with his second wife, Margarita, including Jasmine, Omar, and Pablo. Andy loved his grandchildren immeasurably.
Andy had the ability to tell the truth in a way one would know he had the best interests at heart for the person with whom he was speaking. He had a marvelous sense of humor, an active interest in getting things done, and knowing he could be of service to those he loved.
He will be missed by everyone who knows him.
