Born March 26, 1920, in Tower Hill, to Oscar and Bertha Morrison Adams, he married E. Ruth Riley May 11, 1940, in Creve Coeur.
Surviving are one son, Terry W. Adams of Morton; two daughters, Mrs. Morris (Sandie) Bruns of Morton and Mrs. S. (LeAnn) Guerra of Pekin; two brothers, Harold Adams of Delavan; Paul Adams, of Beecher City; and one sister, Mrs. Caroline Rhuede of Athens. Two brothers preceded him in death.
He worked at Caterpillar Tractor Co. 36 years, retiring in 1977.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
