Floyd Homer Van Scoyk

Floyd Homer Van Scoyk, 210 E. Ohio St., died at 9 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital after a two year illness. He was born in Shirley, Ind., April 23, 1909. and came here 32 years ago from Peru, Ind. Surviving are a son, Frederick, a daughter, Rosalie, and a stepson, Donald Iles, all at home; six brothers, John, of Bremen, Ind.; Roy, of Mishawaka; Clyde of Osceola, Ind., and Fred, James and Ted of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs. Kathryn Fox, South Bend. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home where the funeral will take place at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. Paul S. Pratt, of the Church of Christ in Mishawaka, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
