Thomas Sr. died on Friday the 13th, while on vacation in Jamaica, of a massive heart attack at age 44, the same as his father, Archie Jessie Loebsack. He had four children total: Keven & Kimberly from his 1st marriage and Eric & Thom Jr. from his 3rd, also two beautiful granddaughters, Eric's girls, Sebrina & Ashlynn. I am unaware of any grandchildren from Keven or Kimberly.
He served as a helio pilot during Vietnam and continued in the Naval Reserves. Later, he became a long distance truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his father, Archie Jesse, aged 44, and his mother, Pearl, and was followed by his youngest son, Thom Jr., who died the same way as his father and grandfather at age 34. Thom Sr. was cremated and his ashes were given to his best friend to scatter.
