Johnny Dewees, 80, of Hempstead, Texas passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019. He was born to Alfred Leo Dewees and Louise Caroline Spoerle Dewees.
Johnny had many lifelong friends graduating from Hempstead High School, Class of 1957. He loved to hunt and fish and spent a lot of time enjoying these pastimes during his life. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Louise, brothers: Timothy, Alfred J., Bobby, and Eddie Ray; and sisters: Ann Davidson, Margie Coleman, and Thelma Kennedy. He is survived by his sisters Linda Carol Newman and husband Ernest and Gloria Sims.
