Leroy loved his family and friends. He had a loving heart and warm smile. He enjoyed his work as an equipment operator in highway and landscape construction. His passions were auto mechanics, carpentry, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, reading, and making people laugh. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife Linda Stark of 20 years; daughters Linda Gay-Welburn, Sally Gay, Mandy Stark, Michelle Stark, Teresa Dixon (Kevin); stepchildren Marianne Rupprecht (Kevin), George Larson, and Albert Kahler; and 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Survivors also include sister Char “T” Hawkins (Jerry), brother Lyle Bair, sister Sandy Bair-Patterson, and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Albert Stark, mother Jane Bair, and stepfather Darold Bair; brother Jim Bair, and two grandchildren Colwyn and Briana.
