Word reaches here from West Point of the death of August Mousel Wednesday January 2nd. He was a former Stanton county resident and recently went to West Point where he was living in the Catholic Old Peoples Home. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery at West Point Friday.

HOME INMATE DIES
August Mousel, 83, a charge of the county for many years, died at St. Joseph's Home for the Aged on January 2nd. He was buried in the Home cemetery beside his wife who passed away in 1926.
Mr. Mousel was a native of Luxemburg. He had been at the Home four years.
