Wayne Thomas Shuffitt, 76, of Lebanon Junction passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at his home. He was born on March 8, 1943.

He was a truck driver for Edlin Brothers Trucking in Lyons Station.

He was preceded in death by his two daughters, Pam Alberts and Patty Ayers parents, Stanford "Bud" and Martha Ellen Harned Shuffitt; two brothers, Stan and Ernest Shuffitt; four sisters, Louise Mullins, Frances Riley, Geneva Carter and Joyce Starcher.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Ann Nalley Shuffitt; a daughter, who he called his "tomboy", Jody Maynard (Scott); five grandchildren, Ray Patterson, Jolene Hunt, Tiffany Fortune, Johnathon Maynard and Zack Ayers; fourteen great-grandchildren including Lance Patterson, who has helped care for him and two great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1PM Saturday, June 29, 2019 with burial to follow in Little Brick Cemetery in Boston. Visitation will be from 2-8PM Friday, June 28, 2019, and after 9AM Saturday at the funeral home.
