Juanita J. Stafford, 81, died Wednesday, June 20, 2001. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral directors Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.
Mrs. Stafford was born in Hollis, Okla., and had lived in Amarillo for 53 years. She worked in a laundry, as a lens grinder for an optical company and was a homemaker. She married William Nathan Stafford on April 5, 1939, at Vincent, Okla. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Stafford, in 1996.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Bill Williams of Amarillo, and Judy and Earl Snead of Hendersonville, Tenn.; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Stafford of Orange County, Calif.; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
