Samuel was the son of Thomas B. Robinson and Emma Vile. He was married in 1908 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania and at the time of his death, he was a 94 year old widower.

Samuel V. Robinson, 94, a resident of Cornwells Heights who farmed in the Philadelphia area for most of his life, died Friday at Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol Township.
From 1914 to 1934 he worked on a farm in the Fox Chase-Torresdale section. He then became the head farmer at the St. Francis Vocational School in Cornwells Heights and retired in 1953.
Survivors: daughters, Harriet Herwig and Eleanor McIntyre; sons, Charles Samuel, William E.; six grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-great grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Tomlinson Funeral Home, Bensalem Township.
