Isabelle D. Lechleitner, 72, Route 1 Gilman, township of Ruby, died Saturday, Dec. 28 1991, at Rusk County Memorial Hospital in Ladysmith. She was born in Dannebrog, Nebraska, July 21, 1919. Her parents were Peter and Elsie (Guedenrath) Lemburg. She grew up in Nebraska and was married to Steve Lechleitner on March 29, 1940, at St. Mary's Rectory at Grand Island, Nebraska. In 1942, they moved to Yakima, Washington, and then to Enumclaw, Washington. In 1943, they moved to the Donald area where they farmed for over 40 years and have lived since. Survivers include her husband Steve of Gilman; three sons, Milford (Sonja) of Chippewa Falls, Clark (Judy) and Steve (Sandy), both of Gilman; two daughters, Carol(James) Litwin, Racine, and Marlene (Joe) Gallick of Gilman. He has 19 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Williams of Yakima, Washington, Hazel Lacina of Berlin, North Dakota, She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Bruce; one daughter Marcia Lebrick; one brother Howard; two sisters, Mildred Baasch, and Ruth Nelavcnko. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Donald, Wis, with Father Brian Przyborowski officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
