Robert E. Kinkade, 67, of 458 S. Ward, died at 6:10 p.m. Dec. ll, 1996, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He was born Jan. 31, 1929, in Bloomfield to Charles and Sarah Croft Kinkade. He was a resident of Ottumwa most his life and was employed with City Cab. He served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by a son, Mike Kinkade of Moulton; three daughters, Kathy Lampheir of Oskaloosa, Jane Alexander of Marshalltown and Jackie Appier of Dewitt; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild and two sisters, Iona Vasulka of Banning, Calif, and Christine Findlay of Ottumwa. He was preceded in death by a sister, La Rue Shriver and two brothers, Emmett and Lee Kinkade. The body has been cremated. No services are planned.
