Tammie enjoyed crafting, quilting and the simplest of thing in life, but spending time with her family and friends and taking care of her dog Sadie is what she enjoyed most.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Crystal (Jerome) Hatton of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Casey Fields both of Whitesburg, Kentucky. A son, Isaac (Sasha) Fields of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Three sisters, Janet Hill of Hazard, Kentucky, Debbie Adams of Isom, Kentucky and Maggie Adams of Jeremiah, Kentucky. Two brothers, Bud Adams of Paulding, Ohio and J.R. Adams of Jeremiah, Kentucky.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Morgan, Caden, Camden, Kenzie, Cooper, Ari and Holden and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Tammie is preceded in death by three sisters, Geneva Adams, Reneva Hayes and Annis Adams. Four brothers, Den Adams, Alfred Adams, Bill Adams and Shannon Adams.
