Sylvania, GA - Ms. Tina Maynor Adams, 57, entered eternal rest Thursday, July 11, 2019.

Tina Maynor Adams was born April 22, 1962, to Deacon Wilbert and the late Mrs. Betty Davis Maynor. She became a Christian at an early age and joined the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church where she began as a humble servant of God. She later joined Greater Refuge Cathedral where she continued to be a dedicated servant. She eagerly looked forward to teaching the Adult Sunday School class, being a member of the finance committee, and willing to serve in any capacity that was needed. She served faithfully until her death.

Tina was a graduate of Screven County High School in the Class of 1980. After high school, she furthered her education at Middle Georgia College in Milledgeville, Ga, and West Georgia College in Carrollton, Ga.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Rev. Jerry Adams. She was a dedicated Real Estate and Life Insurance Agent. She was also employed by Georgia Power and King Finishing Company. She later became an agent for Pace/Sheppard Real Estate Agency in Sylvania, and was there until her health failed. She will be long remembered for her commitment, dedication and compassion for people, her work, church and family.

She leaves behind to cherish fond memories: her father, Wilbert Maynor; two children, Marvin Jermaine "Razor King" Thompson, and Ashley A. Adams, both of Sylvania, Georgia; three brothers, Wilbert Rafael (Saundra) Maynor of Pooler, Georgia, Ricky L. Davis of Philadelphia, Pa, and Ernest L. (Dorothy) Maynor of Newark, Deleware; and, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
