Born in Plattsburgh Jan. 12, 1881, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Jennie (Keese) Foy. She attended the Albany State Teachers College. Her husband, John H. Flinn, a former business manager of the Hudson River State Hospital, predeceased her.
Mrs. Flinn had made her home in this area since 1925. She was a member of the Spanish-American War Veterans Auxiliary; City Club; the Parent Teacher Association; and the American Association of University Women. Mrs. Flinn also was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church, Arlington.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Kopser, with whom she made her home, and Mrs. Gertrude Miller; and seven grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Paul Huston, died in 1965.
A Mass of Requiem will be offered Friday at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Albany.
