Jordan Keith Rasmussen
  OGDEN - Keith, 78, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2003 at Ogden Regional Medical Center.
  He was born in Manassa, CO on March 4, 1925 to Jordan E. and Mary Sowards Rasmussen. He is the oldest of seven children.
  After moving to Utah, he graduated from Weber High School and Utah State University. He served in WW II and in the Korean Conflict.
  Keith married Thelma Rose Scott on September 3, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She passed away on July 28, 1979. On October 10, 1980 he married Beverley Walker Fryer in the Ogden LDS Temple. He served in many callings including Stake Presidency, and Bishop. He and his wife Beverley served as Temple workers for nine years in the Ogden LDS Temple.
  He worked as an insurance adjuster for GMC, a service manager for Woods Motor, and retired from Hill AFB as a procurement officer in 1993.
  He loved camping, traveling, and especially being with his family.
  Keith is survived by his wife Beverley; son, Jay (Linda) Rasmussen, South Jordan, UT; daughters, Christine Campbell, Portland, OR; and Rebecca (David) Abbott, Harrisville, UT. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
  Preceding him in death are his mother and father; his first wife; a son, Scott; and a great-granddaughter.
  The family would like to thank all the physicians and staff of Ogden Regional Medical Center for the excellent and compassionate care that was given.
  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at the Mt. Lewis 2nd Ward 435 N. Jackson Ave, Ogden at 11:00 a.m. Friends may meet family on Monday, November 3, 2003 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Leavitt's Mortuary 836 36th St., Ogden, as well as one hour prior to services at the church.
  Interment will be at Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park. Military Honors will be accorded by the Combined Veterans Honor Guard.
  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the LDS Perpetual Missionary Fund.
