(1964 - 2014)

Bonnie A. Steube, age 49, of 1325 North 8th Street, Manitowoc, died on Monday, January 6, 2014 at her home.

Bonnie was born on April 11, 1964, in Janesville, WI, daughter of the late Norbert E. and Lavina E. (Ottum) Steube.

Survivors include two brothers: LeRoy (Chris) Steube and Bruce (Bel) Steube, all of Janesville; her cat: Scruffy; one niece and two nephews: Sarah (Jeff) Mix, Scott (Deanna) Steube, Chad (Angie) Steube; four great nieces and four great nephews: Olivia, Autumn, Briana, Hailee, Austin, Cole, Julian and Scotty. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by one brother: Robert Steubel; and three Godchildren.

Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and the rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2014 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, Manitowoc, with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial of Bonnie’s cremated remains will take place at a later date.

The Pfeffer Funeral Home and All-Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

The family wishes to thank Bonnie’s close friends/cousins, Nancy and Andrea Ottum who were there through Bonnie’s final days. Also a special thank you to Roxanne and Jim Kahan for the love they showed when Bonnie came back up to Manitowoc to live after the passing of her father. Thank you to cousins Randy and Travis Ottum for helping out when needed, Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, and to Doctors Michael Hiebert and Matthew Campbell for all the care and compassion shown to Bonnie.
