Daniel R. Lang, age 68, of Green Bay, died Saturday June 15, 2019. Dan was born February 22, 1951 to Donald H. and Marion H. (Popp) Lang in Minneapolis, MN. He was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the class of 1969. Upon graduation he enlisted in the US Army until 1973, which included tours in Vietnam. After discharge from the Army he resided in the Augusta, GA area until moving to Green Bay recently. He was a lifetime Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badger fan, and loved his furry companion Jake. Dan was known as the "fun uncle" by all his nieces and nephews.
Dan is survived by his daughter Bernadette (Kevin) Kuzelka of Kenosha, grandchildren Noah and Zoey Kuzelka, sisters Judy(Chuck) Zich of Kaukauna, MaryLynn (Dave) Schmeda of Green Bay, brother Ken(Debbie) Lang of Ottawa, IL, step grandchildren Ryan, Ella and Jesse Ford of Georgia, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Russell Lang and nephew Brandon Schmeda.
Private graveside services, including military funeral honors, were held at Evergreen Cemetery on July 12, 2019.
