Judy Ann (Jernigan) Keaton Moore

Judy Moore, 81, died June 19th, 2019 at her home in Cibolo, Texas surrounded by family members. She had been battling cancer. Mrs. Moore was born on December 5th, 1937 in Baxter, Tennessee. She had a distinguished career working in Air Force Civil Service in Medical Clinic Administration at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas for over 23 years. She was recognized numerous times with Special Achievement and Community Support awards and received the prestigious Civilian of the Quarter and Civilian of the Year Awards. The senior military staff as well as the young airmen she worked with looked to her for guidance and as a mother figure. They would fondly refer to her as "Miss Judy".

She is survived by her four children, seven grandchildren and great granddaughter; son Robert Keaton (wife Melissa and granddaughter Savannah) of Lutz, Florida; daughter Sherry Berg (husband Michael, grandson Sean, wife Megan and great granddaughter Vivienne and grandson Dane) of San Antonio, Texas; son Donald Keaton of San Antonio, Texas; and son Eddie Keaton (wife Becky and grandsons Matthew and Adam, granddaughters Alaura and Alyssa) of Alabaster, Alabama and her two cats.

She is also survived by sisters Pearl Harris of Baxter, Tennessee, Jean Robinson of Boma, Tennessee and brother Norman Jernigan of Shelby Township, Michigan.
