JARVIS, Mrs, Stella V. - 57, of Oka, Calhoun County, died yesterday at home after a brief illness. She was a member of Oka Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Vade Jarvis; one daughter, Mrs. Dallas Truman of Akron, O.; two sons, Willis D. of Akron and Donald E. of Oka; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Julia Mullens of Oka, Mrs. Rebecca Jarvis and Mrs. Sarah Jarvis both of Braxton County; four brothers, Benjamin and Andrew Cottrell, both of Oka, Phillip of Akron and Levi Cottrell of Leatherbark.
Service will be at Oka Methodist Episcopal Church at 10 a. m. tomorrow, Rev. Bays will officiate.
Burial will be in Cottrell Cemetery near Oka under direction of Hardman-Conrad Mortuary of Spencer. The body will remain at the home until service time.
