Nancy J. McGeorge, 97, of Walker Community, Chloe, died Saturday,
Feb. 20, 1999, in Wadsworth, Ohio, following a long illness.
She was born in Calhoun County, the daughter of the late William and
Molly Carrico Jarvis and was a homemaker. She was a correspondent for
The Calhoun Chronicle for most of her adult life.
Surviving are one son, Freeman McGeorge, of Wadsworth, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther McGeorge, and one
daughter, Inez McGeorge.
Services were scheduled Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Stump Funeral Home,
Arnoldsburg, with Rev. Don Dawson officiating, and burial in Cottrill
Cemetery, Oka
