Ita M. "Tay" Pratt, age 65, of 2513 11th St., Two Rivers, died Friday evening, July 7, 2006, at her home.

Tay was born on Nov. 16, 1940, in Bronx, N.Y., daughter of Agnes (Quinn) O'Hanlon and the late Gerald O'Hanlon. She married Marshall M. Pratt on July 4, 1963, in Livermore Falls, Maine. Tay enjoyed woodworking, crafts, gardening, her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband: Marshall "Sonny" Pratt of Two Rivers; three daughters and one son-in-law: Marsha Pratt of Reserve, La., Carolyn Holton of Memphis, Ind., and Sharon and Kelly Welch of Kenner, La.; two sons and one daughter-in-law: Christopher and Sarah Pratt of Baton Rouge, La., and Jason Pratt of Ponchatoula, La.; 10 grandchildren; her mother: Agnes O'Hanlon of Two Rivers; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: James and Claudia O'HanIon of Richmond, Va., Brian O'Hanlon of Ft. Worth, Texas, and John and Cynthia O'HanIon of Kennebunk, Maine; and one sister and brother-in-law: Anne Marie and Kevin Barry of Springfield, Va. She is further survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one brother: Garrett O'Hanlon.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. William O'Brien. Cremation has occurred with burial of the cremated remains at a later date in Louisiana.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, July 13, 2006, from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. at the church.

The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Two Rivers, assisted the Pratt family with arrangements.

The .family wishes to express their sincere thank you to friends, neighbors, Dr. Barylak and staff, and the Aurora VNA Hospice staff for their care and kindness to Tay during her illness.

Memorials may be directed to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, National Mail Processing Center, P.O. Box 6003, Albert Lea, MN 56007-6603, or the charity of your choice.
