(1929 - 2006)
Richard Leroy Siehr, age 76, of 3811 W. Marshall St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Friday, March 3, 2006 at his residence. Cremation will have taken place and private family services will be held.
Richard was born Oct. 10, 1929 in Manitowoc, son of the late Leo and Viola Dueno Siehr. On Sept. 30, 2002, Richard married the former Kristine Petska in Manitowoc. Richard spent his years of retirement enjoying his lifelong passion of fishing, which included designing and making his own fishing lures.
Survivors include his wife he loved dearly, Kristine Siehr, Manitowoc; four sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Sara Siehr, De Pere, Scott and Debbie Siehr, Manitowoc, Terry and Annette Siehr, Green Bay, Greg and Laura Siehr, De Pere; one daughter, Cynthia Siehr, Dubuque, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Richard was preceded in death by parents, and one son, Richard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Silver Lake Restoration Project.
The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Manitowoc is assisting the family with arrangements.
