SPENCER - The funeral for Mrs. Emma Jarvis Truman, 85, of Charlton Heights, Fayette County, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Oka United Methodist Church at Oka, Calhoun County. The Rev. Ernest Barley will conduct the service
and burial will be in Cottrell Cemetery.
Mrs. Truman died Sunday at Montgomery General Hospital. She was a member of the Oka United Methodist Church.
Survivors: sons, Greely of Chloe, Lawrence of Left Hand; daughters, Mrs. Cecil Simons of Spencer, Mrs. Oscar Simons of Charlton Heights, Mrs. Harold Matheny of Akron, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Letha Cottrell of Parkersburg, Mrs. Cynthia Valentine of Spencer; half brother, Ernest Brannon of Newton.
