ALMANZA T. ALLEN.

Mr. Almanza T. Allen died at his residence on Osborn street, on Sunday last, of bronchial asthma, aged 57 years. Mr. Allen was born at Windham, Conn , and was the son of Dr. Bingham Allen and Annie C [Abby}, his wife. He was married about thirty-five years ago to Miss Sarah Perry, of Jersey City, who survives him. Tlhey have one adopted son, James P. Allen, of Moscon, Russia.

Mr. Allen was engaged in the Hotel business nearly all his lile. He had resided in New Jersey about twenty years. He ran the hotel at Holmdel and afterwards the place now owned by Joseph Maurer. His health failed and for a time he and his wile resided in Russia with his son, but retumed to Keyport a few years ago.

The funeral services took place from the house, on Wednesday evening, at 8 o'clock, and the remains were taken to Brooklyn tor intenment in Greenwood cemetery, yesterday morning.
