stepfather, Edwin Sanders of Columbus;
one son;
brothers, Jim Perry and Steve Perry, both of Shelbyville;
sisters, Susan Ayers of Shelbyville and Sandy Wells of Shelbyville;
six nephews;
one niece.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Mr. Perry was a carpenter.
