Mrs. Nancy A. F. Inman Jones was born in Giles County, Tennessee, January 29, 1844 and died February 7, 1926. Her maiden name was Nancy A. Inman. She was laid to rest in McConnell Cemetery, 3 ½ miles west of Nixa, by her friends. She came to Missouri with her father and mother in 1851 and was married to William Jesse Jones in 1859. To this union were born 9 children, 2 daughters and 7 sons one daughter and one son preceded her in death leaving 1 daughter and 6 sons to mourn her death; also 62 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren making a total of 125 grandchildren and a host of friends. {Christian County Republican Newspaper, Ozark (MO) February 26, 1926} Contributed by Jamie Hubbert.
