Evan was born on March 21, 1932 in Fauquier County, Virginia to the late Joseph and Susie Virginia Sinclair.
Survivors include his brother; Johnny Sinclair (Shirley), sister, Katherine Hanis (John), and close friend, Claude Dawson.
Evan’s ashes will be scattered in a place he loved in life.
