Bernadine J. Londo, age 92, a Two Rivers resident, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
She was born September 18, 1926 in Wausau, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Leo and Josephine (Steber) Londo. Bernadine attended St. Luke Grade School and graduated from Washington High School. She was employed with Hamilton Manufacturing for 44 years, retiring in 1988. She was member of the Two Rivers Senior Center, a volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul and was a member of the Two Rivers Bowling League for 50 years. Bernadine enjoyed sewing, liked baking desserts and sharing them with others.
Survivors include 13 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She is further preceded in death by her brother: Jim (Rita) Londo; her sister: Germaine (Rudy) Kalz; a special cousin Georgia Kopetsky; one nephew Shane Sokel and one niece Liz Londo.
Cremation has occurred at the All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and funeral services will be held 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Pleier. She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers at a later date.
