Frances B. Osier, 70, died Friday, March 1, 1996, at her residence in Fond du Lac. She was born on Dec. 28, 1925[NB: this is incorrect, she was born in 1924 with her twin sister], in St. Peter, a daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Schmitz Abhold.

On June 2, 1944, she married Richard L. Osier at St. Mary's Church. He died on Oct. 31, 1975.

Mrs. Osier was a member of St. Mary's Church. She was employed at Berger's for a number of years and then worked at Montgomery Ward, where she was Salesperson of the Year in the late 1970s. She enjoyed her grandchildren and interior decorating.

Survivors include one daughter, two sons, and six grandchildren; one brother and two sisters, including her twin Florence.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
