Lockjaw Causes Death
_
The motorcycle claimed a victim near Ora Sunday evening, when Albert Kinzie died as a result of injuries suffered while riding a machine.

Several days ago Kinzie was riding a cycle behind Frank Kistler, also of Ora. A few miles south of Knox they were humming along at a merry clip and when passing a team they turned out into a rough piece of road. The bumping of the machine caused Kinzie to lose his balance, and as he fell his right foot was caught by the spokes of the rear wheel. The heel was frightfully torn, giving intense pain, and seventeen stitches were required to close the wound.
The injuredman was removed to Ora, and the indications were that he would recover after several weeks. But lockjaw set in the latter part of last week, and the end soon came.

The young man was eighteen years of age, and is spoken of as an exemplary fellow. He home was near Hoover, in Cass County, though he has been working in Ora for the Arnold Motorcycle agency. The remains were taken to the family home in Cass County, and the funeral was held Tuesday from Corinth Church near Twelvemile.
