She was the wife of the late Robert Anderson who died in December 2013.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Malden, May 17, 1951 a daughter of John W. “Jake” and Mary Lou (MacFarland) Crannell and resided in Ayer for over 25 years. She grew up in Malden and was a 1969 graduate of Malden High School.
For twenty years Mrs. Anderson worked at Century Insurance on Concord.
She leaves two brothers, Jon W. Crannell of Wilmington and Charles M. Crannell of Littleton, New Hampshire.
She was the sister of the late Brian L. Crannell of Malden who died in 2007.
Funeral services will be held privately. The Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Rd., Ayer is assisting the family with arrangements.
