Mrs. Magdalen Budych, 87, a resident here nearly 60 years, died Monday night at the home, 1122 South 19th Street.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 8:30 am from theShimek and Schwartz funeral home and at nine o'clock from the St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Mrs. Budych, nee Magdalen Brusky, was born in Poland in 1851 and 61 years ago was married to Andrew Budych. Three years later they came to the United States, locating in Manitowoc. Mr. Budych died six years ago. She was a member of the St. Mary's Rosary Society.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. John Becker, Mrs. Anton Zagrodnik and Mrs. Jess Dempsky, all of this city; three sons, Joseph, Louis and Stanley, all of this city; 29 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the funeral parlors from this evening on.
