"Willie Belle Watson, age 82, died Saturday, Aug. 6, 1994, at a Carrollton nursing home.
Mrs. Watson was born in Newport, Tenn. She lived in Hale before moving to Carrollton 13 years ago.
Survivors include a daughter, Rose Mann of Boonville; two sisters, Daphne O'Neil of Liberty and Ina Mae Sprouse of Chillicothe; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Watson.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1994, at the Carrollton Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Van Horn Cemetery north of Carrollton." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, August 8, 1994
