"Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice!"

"Early in the morning my best friend and my love Judith Anne Carton went to be with the Lord. While all of us who knew her grieve our loss, we hold firm to our belief, that she has joined the Saints who have gone before us." ~ Barbara MacFie

Judy had a passion for life. She enjoyed traveling, and with her wife Barbara they have a travel Franchise with Cruise Planners. Judy was a very active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rehoboth, Delaware, and was a member of the Session, chaired the Worship Committee and always lent a hand to whatever needed to be done. On Aug 22, 1970, Judy and I (Pat McArron) married. Little did we know what the future would be for us. Our marriage did not survive for all the obvious reasons (only obvious after the fact) but our love did. We both eventually found the persons with whom we would spend the rest of our lives together. The journey has been remarkable for both of us. Knowing that I will not see her smile again and hear her voice is painful. And knowing the love we shared over the years is now a comfort. I am also comforted in knowing that Judy had Barbara in her life to the end. ~ Pat McArron
