John P. Sturm Jr., age 63, of Manitowoc, died Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
John was born on August 2, 1954 in Manitowoc, son of the late John and Dorothy (Snow) Sturm Sr. He attended local area schools and graduated with the class of 1972 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. John served in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his 2 sons: Joseph Sturm, Two Rivers; David Sturm, Manitowoc; 3 grandchildren: Tristen, Brooklen and Sedona; mother of his children: Mary Jo Sturm, Two Rivers; 1 sister: Lori Mrotek, Manitowoc; 1 brother-in-law: Doug Duescher, Manitowoc; good friends; Mark Burton; Paul; Charlie; Debra Linn and family. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister: Ann Duescher; 1 brother-in-law: Randy Mrotek.
A Life Celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Lincoln Park Cabin #2. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Funeral Home of Manitowoc is assisting the family.
