Taken from St. Marys Star June 19, 1990 George Mohler was born in Pennsylvania and he relocated to Kansas as a young man. He married Mary Eliza Hallock Mohler and they lived St Marys, Kansas. George was a merchant and a member of Pottawatomie Lodge #52, AF&AM. He was also a member of the City Council, served as township assessor and Sergeant-at-Arms for the state senate for many years A Hallock Genealogy 1928 page 490 by Lucius H. Hallock
