He was a 1970 graduate of Salisbury High School where he was a member of the wrestling team and retired from Norfolk-Southern Railroad after working as a Rail Road Yardmaster for 36 years. He was a Past President of the North End Republican Club, Allentown and a current trustee of the Keystone Fire Co., Boyertown. He is also survived by two sons, 2 brothers, a sister and 4 grandsons.
