Douglas Jack, born in Regina, Sask., July 12, 1926. His heart stopped on January 23, 2005 at home in Coquitlam. He is survived by his loving wife Vera of 53 years; son Craig; daughters, Carol and Pamela; grandchildren, Erin, Robert, Stewart and Malin. Jack retired in 1988 having been in the wholesale grocery business for 40 years. He loved to travel and was an active member of the Coquitlam Lawn Bowling Club. With his many friends in Marlborough House, he loved his games of snooker. He was active in seniors and retirement organizations. Jack will be sadly missed by his family and many friends including brother-in-law Gordon and family and a dear cousin, Margot of Victoria.
