Cheryl was born June 11, 1959 in Fort Benning, Georgia to Alexander James and Mary Catherine (Donelson) Barclay. She married Jerry Dean Smillie on July 3, 1976 in Royalton.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday 26, 2018 at Christian Life Church in Herrin with Rev. John Parton officiating. Interment will follow in Miners Cemetery in Royalton.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the church.
