LOIS A. WEBSTER
(1922 - 2016)

Lois A. Webster, age 94, longtime resident of Two Rivers, died early Monday morning, Nov. 14, 2016 at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Lois was born in Two Rivers on July 23, 1922, daughter of the late August (Gus) and Hazel (Fern) Schneider Cochenet. She attended schools in Two Rivers where she graduated from Washington High School. She then furthered her education at a cosmetology school in Milwaukee. On Feb. 19, 1944, she married Robert K. Webster, Sr. at Wabeno. Robert preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 2007. Lois worked for many years as a beautician and operated her own salon for approximately 6 years and later worked part time for the family business. Lois and Robert were very active and enjoyed traveling, boating, spending time at their cottage in Riley's Bay, and wintering in Florida.

Lois remained active and excelled in many sports. In her later years, she was an active line dancer and enjoyed making and coordinating her outfits. Lois was a great mother and grandmother.

She is survived by two sons & three daughters-in-law: Robert K. (Barb) Webster, Jr. of Sturgeon Bay, Guy J. (Lori) Webster, and Karen P. Webster all of Two Rivers; two granddaughters: Kristen and Ryan McCormick, and Chelsea Webster and David Schlensky; one brother-in-law, William (Bill) and Nancy (Nan) Webster of Two Rivers; and one niece, Pamela Poindexter, and her daughter, Amanda. In addition to her parents, and her husband, Robert, she was also preceded in death by one son, John Webster; her father & mother-in-law, Archibald M. and Erma Webster; one sister, Maddie (husband, Paul); and a nephew, Alan Andersen.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date for family and close friends.
