(1933 - 2017)

Jane E. Allie, age 84, of Two Rivers, passed away Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.

Jane was born August 14, 1933 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Harold and Gladys (Strutz) Taylor. She was a graduate of Washington High School with the class of 1952. Jane married Robert F. Allie on Dec. 26, 1953 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on Oct. 6, 2011. Jane had worked for Wards, Paragon and last worked at Hamiltons before her retirement. She was a member of the Two Rivers Senior Center but especially enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Karen and Robert Samz, Two Rivers; Kenneth and Rhonda Allie, Two Rivers; Steve Allie (special friend, Donna), Potlach, ID; six grandchildren, Chad (Jurgita) Allie, MN; Kyle (Kellie) Allie, Milwaukee; Ryan Allie, Two Rivers; Kelly (Justin) Litersky, Two Rivers; Cory Samz, Middleton; Katherine (David) Shephard, ID; nine great grandchildren, Tesa and Ari, Mackenzie and Emmy, Kailee, Leighton and Cameron,, Dillon and Amy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and Jack Weber, Larabee; Nancy and Gary Rabas, Stangelville; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Donald Taylor, George and Genevieve Taylor, her twin brother, James Gaylor; Darlene Vanderbloom, all of Two Rivers as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Allie, one brother, Robert Taylor; two sisters-in-law, Mary Taylor and Joan Taylor and one brother-in-law, Ed Vanderbloom.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 at Grace Congregational United Church of Christ. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Kim Henning with entombment to be held at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 from 9:30 am until 11:30 am.

The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, is assisting the Allie family with funeral arrangements.
