DIVORCE FOR MRS. HALL
Testimony of Husband's Friend Instrumental in Obtaining Decree

A final decree in divorce in favor of Mrs. Floride Orr Hall against William Perot Hall was signed yesterday by Supreme Court Justice Giegerich, upon the report of Daniel F. Cohalan, as referee.

The Halls were married on December 30, 1896, and there are three children - William Perot Hall, Jr., Lawrence Orr Hall, and Henry Hammett [Orr] Hall. They are given into the care of their mother, and Mr. Hall is restrained from interfering with them. He is, however, to be allowed to see them on four days each year, at times convenient to their mother.

The decree was obtained on the evidence of E. Norris Gallagher, a broker, living at the Cafe Francis. He testified that on January 1, Hall spent the day with him. That night they went to an apartment in Eighty-ninth Street, where Hall met a woman named Laura Gilman.

The matter came to the knowledge of Mrs. Hall through the mother of Gallagher, who overheard a conversation of Gallagher's over the telephone.

GREENVILLE - Mrs. Floride Orr Hall, 52, daughter of the late Col. and Mrs. J. L. Orr of this city, and widely known throughout this section, died Saturday at her home in San Diego, Cal., according to word received by relatives here.
