Fayette County - JOHN STEVEN RIDDLE, 55, resident of the Oakland Community, avid sports fan and employee of Specialty Adhesives in Memphis for 17 years before his illness, died May 15, 2007. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with interment in Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Hwy. 64. A visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Peebles West Chapel. Survivors are his children, Stephanie Nicole Kirby of Crestview, FL, James Wesley Riddle of Hernando; his parents, Jim and Ruth Riddle of Oakland; his sisters, Mary Yates of Oakland, Rita Schiavone of Fort Worth, TX; three grandaughters; and the mother of his children, Janet Williams Riddle of Hernando.
