Orrin operated the Orin O. Ware Mercantile in downtown Wilmington for many years and was passed down to his two daughters and there children until at least into the 1960's.
Orin married Lucy M. Richardson June 26, 1872 in Brattleboro and they had two daughters Ellen Lucy Ware and Katherine Stuart Ware.
He married his second wife Clara E. Dodge July 26, 1910 in Marlborough, MA.
