Agnes Ann Hall Frasure, age 71 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born June 18, 1948 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Waltust Reynolds & Nancy Hall Newsom. She was the wife of Gary Frasure. She was a retired waitress from Jerry’s Restaurant and a member of West Prestonsburg Independent Church. Along with her husband she is survived by her Son: Marvin Russell of Ashland, Kentucky; Daughter: Darkus Melinda Hall Porter of Grethel, Kentucky; Stepsons & Daughter: Gerald Frasure of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Christopher Frasure of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky & Karen Frasure of Clay City, Kentucky; Brothers: Lennis Newsom of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Everett Hamilton of Lakeland, Florida & Waltust Reynolds Jr. of Grethel, Kentucky; Sisters: Linda Kay Spradlin of Louisa, Kentucky, Culla Newman of Grethel, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Jayden Porter, Kati Russell & Bridget Walter; Great Grandchildren: Dylan & Hunter; Step Grandchildren: Lucas Frasure, Joey Frasure, Abey Frasure & John Frasure; Step Great Grandson: Ben. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Son: Tracy Russell Jr.; Sister: Ineace Truitt. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
