Mr. Denson has been in ill health for several years but his death came suddenly. He was born and reared near Booneville, Miss., but moved to Jackson in 1917 and remained here until 1937, when he moved to Florida. He was a member of Holiness Church.
He leaves four sons, William J. Denson of Nashville, Archie and Clarence Denson, both of Louisville, Ky., and Wesley Denson of Flint, Mich.; a daughter Mrs. H. C. Rochelle of Gibson County; two sisters, Mrs. Tennie Nicholson of Booneville, and Mrs. Emma Young of Ocala; and six brothers, Charlie Denson of Booneville, Monroe Denson of Ocala, Daily, Felix, Oliver and Bryant Denson, all of Mississippi.
