She was born in Shenandoah, a daughter of the late George and Victoria Chiszek Prosack.
She was retired from the Raven Dress Factory, Frackville.
Mrs Pleva was a member of St Anns Church, Frackville, St Ann's Ladies Guild and Union of Polish Women.
Her husband, Stanley, died in 1953, and she was also preceded in death by a son, Leonard.
Surviving are two sons, Russell and Stanley, both of Frackville; three brothers, Joseph Prosack, Frackville, Henry Prosack, Virginia, and Leonard Prosack, Massachusetts; two sisters, Irene Cope, Massachusetts and Catherine Dixon, Frackville; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 9:30 am Tuesday from Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, Shenandoah. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am at St Ann's Church. Interment will be in St Casimir's Cemetery, Shenandoah.
